Gentle, safe, and
properly assessed

Most of us have a few skin marks we would rather not. Skin tags, milia, cherry angiomas, warts. Often harmless, but bothersome.

We remove a range of benign skin lesions in clinic, always beginning with a thorough doctor led assessment, using dermoscopy where appropriate, to confirm the lesion is benign and safe to treat. Treatment methods include cryotherapy and advanced electrocautery, chosen to suit the lesion.

Your safety is our first concern. We never treat suspicious or atypical lesions cosmetically. If a lesion needs a further medical opinion, we will tell you and refer you on. Treatment itself is quick, and most people are back to normal the same day.

What We Treat

Common lesions
we can remove

Skin Tags

Small, soft flaps of skin on the neck, eyelids and underarms. Quick, neat removal by cryotherapy or advanced electrocautery, once confirmed benign.

Milia

Tiny white keratin filled cysts, often around the eyes, that will not shift with skincare. We release these gently in clinic.

Cherry Angiomas

The small red Campbell de Morgan spots that appear with age. Treated precisely to reduce their appearance.

Warts & Verrucae

Cryotherapy for common viral warts and verrucae, including those that have not responded to over the counter products.

Seborrhoeic Keratoses

Common benign warty growths that appear with age. Once confirmed benign, these can be treated in clinic to improve their appearance.

Other Lesions

Molluscum, syringoma, dermatosis papulosa nigra and other small benign lesions can often be treated. If you are unsure, just ask us at your assessment.

Important

Your safety first, always

We only treat lesions that have been thoroughly assessed, using dermoscopy where appropriate, and confirmed benign. We never treat a suspicious or atypical lesion cosmetically. If anything looks atypical, we will refer you on to the right specialist. No shortcuts.

Some lesions are best assessed or treated by a dermatologist. If that is the case for you, we will tell you straight away and help you find the right care.

Questions Answered

Frequently asked questions

How much does removal cost?

Small, isolated lesions start from £200 per treatment. The exact price depends on the type, number and location of the lesions. We confirm the price at your assessment, before anything is done.

Will it leave a scar?

Most treatments heal very well. There may be a small mark, scab or temporary colour change while the skin settles. We will talk you through what to expect for your specific lesion and the best aftercare to support healing.

Is it painful?

Most clients find the procedure very tolerable. Cryotherapy gives a brief cold sting, while electrocautery is performed with local anaesthetic where appropriate to keep you comfortable throughout.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. We always assess the lesion first, with dermoscopy where appropriate, to confirm it is benign and that treatment is safe and appropriate. This protects you and means you go ahead fully informed.

What is the aftercare?

Simple aftercare to keep the area clean and protected. Most clients return to normal the same day. We give you clear written instructions to take home.
